Voice Calling System and E-mail Subscription are an easy single form sign up for news and information.  The Voice Caling System is a 30 second message used for things like Winter Parking Bans, Trash Collection Cancellation and Closures.   E-mail Subscription is more detailed in nature and used for a wider variety of subjects.
