Attached is Supplement #1 to the 17 & 17R Barbour Road cell tower Petition and Planning Board application. These documents submitted by the applicant are identical; one just refers to the ZBA Petition and the other refers to the Planning Board application, but the material is identical. This supplemental document was submitted after the the Planning Office's Plan Review Committee meeting (held August 23, 2023. Minutes to that meeting are on line under "Agendas and Minutes.")
