Free Well Water Testing

Keep your family safe from the health risks of arsenic and other well water contaminants. Arsenic is likely to occur above health limits in 1 out of 3 private wells in Hampton and Seabrook because of the granite bedrock. You cannot taste, smell or see arsenic, but over time it can cause serious health issues.
The Seacoast Private Well Initiative invites private well users in Hampton and Seabrook to participate in a free workshop and water testing on September 14th at 6pm at Hampton Academy.
You'll learn about arsenic, PFAS and other common well contaminants, you will be provided with sample bottles that we will then test for FREE.
We’ll be available to help you understand results and steps you could take if you have contaminants.

Please register for the workshop by e-mailing Amy Hudnor, NH Department of Environmental Services Private Well Coordinator, at welltest@des.nh.gov
