[ARCHIVED] 2 Week Outlook - High Street (July 31- Aug 11)

Here is the 2 Week Outlook for the High Street Improvements Project.  This past week we continued to complete site layout, project set-up and approve product submittals.  Saw-cutting has begun.  We have a few more days of "no digging" but will be out the digging soon.  The schedule remains similar to last week. 

As with any construction project, weather, unexpected delays or field conditions may change this schedule. Below is the anticipated and projected work form July 31 st- August 11th.

Anticipated Work for the week of July 31, 2023

  • Monday -  Wednesday: Project Layout, set-up and submittals will continue. 
  • Thursday - Friday:  Work will include excavation and sewer tie-in of the main line at the intersection of High Street and Elliot Street, Taylor Street, Little River/Mace Rd and Mill Pond Lane.  

Projected Work for the week of August 7, 2023

  • Monday - Wednesday: Work will include excavation and sewer tie-in of the main line at the intersection of High Street and Elliot Street, Taylor Street, Little River/Mace Rd and Mill Pond Lane.  
  • Friday: Work will include excavation and construction of the main sewer line between Dearborn Ave. and Academy Ave.  

Roadways will be open with traffic control, but there will be delays. Please leave extra time to get to your destination.  Be Safe!
