In accordance with the the Town of Hampton Ordinances, Section 769-67, Permits requiring excavation will not be issued between November 1st and April 30th. This includes Excavation and Driveway Permits. Any exception to this regulations requires approval of the Town Manager with permission by the Public Works Director.
