You may vote by mail using an absentee ballot only if on election day you will be unable to vote in person because you:
Can not appear in public because of a religious commitment
Have a physical disability
Will be absent from town
Ballots must be returned to the Town Clerk personally only by the voter, spouse, child, sibling or parent by 5 p.m. on the day before the election (special form required if not being delivered by voter), or if mailing, it must be received at the Town Clerk’s Office in the mail by election day.
