- Our Mission: To provide dependable data processing equipment and network access. - How we make this happen: To provide installation, repair, and replacement projections for 105 desktops, laptops, workstations, and servers running a variety of operating systems spread over 8 locations.
- Provide Desktop personal support for 111 users on a wide variety of software packages.
- To evaluate and compare data requirements regarding the proper purchase of computers, communication technology, and software.
- To maintain and improve on wide area network communications between the Town Hall and outlying departments.

- To proactively protect Information Systems from Viruses and Software Exploits.
- To oversee the maintenance and servicing of Telephone Communications.
