Department of Public Work Applications and Permits

The Public Works Department is responsible for issuing the following permits:

Once applications are completed they can be brought to our office, mailed, or emailed to mhall (at) town.hampton.nh.us. If emailing an application please indicate in the subject line "Application for Permit".  Applications will not be approved until payments are receieved. 

Payments are to be made payable to the Town of Hampton, and either brought to the Department of Public Works or mailed to:

Please enclose with your payment the address for which you are making and applciation.  Please feel free to stop in or call our offices if there are any questions.

A PERMIT FROM DPW IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK. SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION
IS NOT TO BE ASSUMED AS A PERMIT
